RE will of HENDRIK FREDERIK STALLMAN, late of ruizaoem nay, company director, deceased. Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Waies on 4th December, 1957. Pursuant to ihe Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1954, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1954, and Trustee Act, 1925-1942, Marcel Jarvin and William Parry Scholes, the executors of the will of the said Hendrik Frederik Stallman, who died on 3rd July, 1957, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send patriculars of their claims to the said executors at the undermentioned address on or before the 5th day of December, 1958, at the expiration of which time the said executors will distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. Gives his exact death date (3 July 1957) where the tree previously held only the year, from a NSW BDM death-index row (Registration No. 16137/1957, no day/month). Confirms occupation 'company director' and names his executors (Marcel Jarvin, William Parry Scholes) and their proctors. The OCR has mangled his residence locality into 'ruizaoem nay'; not corrected here, per no-quote-no-claim. Probate itself was granted 4 December 1957, NSW Supreme Court.
