High Court appeal 19 August 1942
Appealed to the Full High Court from Mr Justice Roper's decision dismissing his equity suit against Dickson, Prmer, and Co. Pty. Ltd. He had claimed a share of profits made by the company on the local sale of scrap metal bought in Australia; Roper J held he was entitled only to a share of profits on export business, already paid in full. Argument on the appeal was adjourned to the following day.
