Names Karoline and Gottlieb Christian at Reeves Point, Kangaroo Island, matching this family (father Johann Gottlieb, mother Karoline d. May 1849 at Kingscote). The infant is unnamed on the plaque. The memorial's own 'male' and 'born May 1849' are the compiler's, not the plaque's, so the tree's birth (1848) and the infant's sex are left as they are.
