First quoted sentence gives the exact marriage date/time and church -- Wed 2 Sep 1925, 3pm, Lutheran Church, Tarrington, Victoria -- matching Victorian registration 9578/1925 already cited on this event, and dating it precisely for the first time (the tree previously held only the year). Second quoted passage, further down the same report, names the wedding party: bridesmaid Miss L. Kowald 'of Queensland' (the groom's sister), best man Mr E. Uebergang, reception hosts Mr and Mrs B. Menzel (the bride's sister), officiant Pastor Paech. Quoted as corroborating context -- the groom's sister being 'of Queensland' matches #42617's own Nobby, Queensland residence given in the first sentence, reinforcing that this is the same Eldred Berthold Kowald restored by proposal #3007, not a namesake -- no new person identity is asserted from it here (see proposal NOT ESTABLISHED).
