FreeREG holds exactly two Rebecca Peacock baptisms in the whole of Essex for 1760-1810: this one and a Rebecka Peacock baptised at Stambourne 14 December 1777 to John Peacock and Elizabeth. Ours was buried at Matching in March 1869 aged 88, which puts her birth in 1780-81 and fits this entry to the month; the Stambourne child would have been 91. Stambourne is also twenty-five miles away in north Essex, while High Laver adjoins Matching. Quality 2 because the identification rests on age and geography.
