This is the ONLY marriage of a William Norrish to a Joan found in that 51-year window, and matches the tree's existing (previously uncited) family MARR date of 9 Nov 1779 exactly. Witness John Andrews is plausibly Joan's father or brother. 'Lic' = married by licence rather than banns.
