There passed away during the week (writes our Roadvale correspondent) a venerable old lady in the person of Mrs. David Badke, (relict of Mr. D. Badke, who had pre-deceased her nine years.) Mrs. Badke lived with her daughter (Mrs. H. Zielke, Hoya). Deceased had attained the good old age of 94 years and 16 days, and her last illness was of only two days' duration.
The obituary places her with her daughter at Hoya, near Roadvale, and gives no link to Boolboonda. Age 94 years and 16 days at death on 19 Jan 1914 gives a birth date of about 3 Jan 1820, not 18 Nov 1820.
On the 19th instant, at the residence of Mr. H. E. Zielke, Mrs. Karoline Wilhelmine Badke (relict of the late Mr. David Badke) passed away. Deceased, who was 94 years of age, arrived in Queensland, with her husband and family, some 40 years ago. ... Since the death of her husband, she had resided with her youngest daughter, Mrs. H. E. Zielke, of Hoya, at whose residence she died peacefully. She leaves three sons and three daughters to mourn their loss. She also leaves 45 grandchildren and 38 great grand-children.
Agrees with Qld BDM 1914/C/1452 (19 Jan 1914). No funeral date given.
DEATH.
BRITTAIN.—On September 11, at the
Ipswich General Hospital, Thomas
Brittain, beloved husband of Mrs.
T. Brittain, Ebbw Vale, and father
of Mrs. R. Walker, Mrs. S. Pen-
man, Mrs. M. Harkins, Mrs. V.
Harbiger, and Mr. T. Brittain.
Trove death notice, quoted verbatim with the paper's own line breaks. Death date 11 Sep 1930 at the Ipswich General Hospital matches the tree's existing DEAT event on Thomas Brittain #36551 exactly. Names his residence (Ebbw Vale, an Ipswich suburb), his widow only as 'Mrs. T. Brittain', and five children only by married surname or initial (Mrs R. Walker, Mrs S. Penman, Mrs M. Harkins, Mrs V. Harbiger, Mr T. Brittain) — none carries a hard discriminator, so no new spouse or child is created from this notice. This Thomas is a wholly different man from the Potton-born Thomas Britain created earlier in this proposal as Jesse Brittain's (#36553) father.

Family list (J.A. Jr, W. Kitching, T.H., A.J.) maps onto the tree's 4 surviving children of family 2485, corroborating the family's completeness.
TITMARSH. The Relatives of Mr. and Mrs. J. Yarrow, Mr. and Mrs. J. Hankinson, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Titmarsh, Mr. and Mrs W. Kitch-ing, Mr. and Mrs. T. Titmarsh, and Families, and Mr. A. J. & H. REED.
"relict of the late James Alfred Titmarsh" is an exact spouse-name match to family 2485's husband.

Murray, 40 Lowry-street, North Ips-wich, at 11 o'clock THIS (THURS-DAY) MORNING, for the Ipswich Cemetery. J. & H. REED.
Full funeral notice text; subject named 'EMILY DEVANTIER', published two days after her existing exact death date and names the Ipswich Cemetery, matching her existing exact death place. This full quote is the source for all facts drawn from this notice across this and companion proposals (#2650, #2651, #2653 marriages; #2653 residence).
Excerpt of the same funeral notice, full text quoted on Emily's own RESI citation above. Thomas William is the only surviving son of William Devantier x Emily Brown by 1946 (the other three sons died in infancy 1892/1896/1903), so 'Mr. T. Devantier' among the mourners can only be him.
