For Gottfried Ludwig Tesch (1833–1918)
Mr. G. Tesch, an old pioneer of the Logan, died at his daughter's (Mrs. J. Kluver's) residence, South Brisbane, last Friday (writes our Woodhill correspond-ent). The deceased, who was 85 years of age, came to Waterford in 1862, and was one of the earliest settlers. || He is survived by two daughters and five sons Mesdames J. A. Berthelbou (Mur-willumbah), J. Kluver (South Brisbane), Messrs. C. Tesch, blacksmith (Water-ford), L. 'Tesch (Maleny), H. F. and G., Tesch (South Brisbane). || The funeral took place to the Bulimba cemetery on Saturday.
