"Silverton" is almost certainly a family mishearing/misrecollection of "Silverwater" - the actual Silverton is an outback NSW town near Broken Hill, nowhere near the Parramatta River. Place left unchanged.

Consistent with their independently-documented later addresses: Elizabeth in Sydney suburbs (Lane Cove, Golden Grove, Arncliffe, Newtown) 1933-39 and finally Silverwater by 1948, while Stephen was recorded at Beelbangera/Lake Cargelligo in the NSW Riverina in 1943 and died at Newcastle in 1945.
