This June-quarter 1868 Lincolnshire registration is the likely entry, but quality 1: a second Charles William Cooling was registered the same quarter at Shoreditch, and Wellingore sits on the Lincoln/Sleaford district boundary. Queensland relevance: he married there in 1891 and died there in 1931.
