Probate of his will was advertised on 23 August 1917, eleven days after his death, to be granted to JULIA SULLIVAN and ELLEN SULLIVAN, the executrices named in the will; the proctors were Makinson & d'Apice of 69 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Julia is his widow, Julia née Collins #82966. Ellen Sullivan is not yet a person in this tree: she is almost certainly the "Ellie" named as a surviving sister in Margaret Grenenger née Sullivan's death notice of 31 January 1946, and so a daughter of this couple, but no record yet says so in those words and she is deliberately left uncreated here.
