    Located as a disbanded sergeant of the 104th Regiment in the Perth Military Settlement: 25 acres of lot 3, Concession 10, Drummond Township (in place of NE half lot 12, C10, which passed to Lieut. Cummings of the same regiment). Two further locations on 31 July 1817: Lansdowne C3 SW23 and Drummond C12 NE4. Settling duties performed.
  2. Property 19 JAN 1819
    John Ferguson
    Regranted the north-east half of lot 12, Concession 10, Drummond Township, the location originally held by Lieut. Cummings of the 104th Regiment; exchanged out of SW 11, Concession 8, of the same township, that lot being reported bad.
