Notice of intended application for probate, clipped from Trove article 223681425. "In the will of John Abel Avery, late of West Kempsey, Macleay River, in the Colony of New South Wales, deceased ... probate of the last will and testament of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the third day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, may be granted to George Adam Worboys, of West Kempsey, Macleay River aforesaid, builder, one of the executors appointed by the said will, the other executor Charles Rogers, having died.—Dated this 29th day of September, A.D. 1883." It fixes both the death date and the residence, three and a half years after the death.
