Flat red granite marker. Inscription as cut, line by line: JAMES WRIGHT / 1862 —— 1916 / HIS WIFE / ANNIE DUNN / 1860 —— 1940. DISCREPANCY, left unresolved: the stone's birth year 1860 differs from the tree's 1863 (from the memorial) and from the 1871 census age implying about 1861. No tree field is changed on this evidence.
