Slaikow was not a Gemeinde but a Wohnplatz inside the estate district of Lantow, Kreis Lauenburg, Regierungsbezirk Koeslin (Meyers Gazetteer place/20822001; the Kreis Lauenburg Ortsverzeichnis lists Lantow's Wohnplaetze as Gartkewitz, Johanneshof, Lantowsee, Neurode, Slaikow). It has no separate post-1945 Polish name, so it is linked 'within' Lantow = Letowo, gmina Choczewo.
