Happy Valley was a farming district on the former Westbrook run near Oakey (Trove 130390355, 1895: 'Happy Valley is the centre of an extensive agricultural district, and originally formed portion of the Westbrook run'). Woodview State School was unofficially Happy Valley School and lies in Yargullen. The district also touched Aubigny and Balgowan, so Yargullen is the best single container (moderate confidence).
